RESEARCH SITES :

This project aims to create a system with geo-located technological features to assist in mapping Sarawak's cultural heritage, as well as an integrative framework for mapping indigenous cultural heritage using technology. This project introduces CultMap, an online crowdsourcing platform that assists local communities in creating and managing online maps of cultural heritage resources. In general, the idea adheres to the PRISMA methodology, which includes both social change and software development.

The project’s goal is to develop a crowdsourcing application for mapping Sarawak's cultural heritage resources through the use of participatory design, action research, and community-based methods.
