Workshop Participation(#)

All Workshops require prior sign-up for the planning of logistics and food orders. You can sign-up for workshops for both days if your schedule permits. Please check the relevant details

Doctoral Colloquium(^)

Participation in the Doctoral Colloquium is reserved for authors of accepted proposals only. It is not open to general conference participants.

Community Track(*)

Participation in the Community Track from August 10th to 11th is reserved only for authors of accepted proposals. It is not open to general conference participants

Situated Actions

Situated Actions and Exhibition encompasses Participatory Design inspired exhibits, performances, demonstrations, and/or design/artwork. Each of those Situated Actions has an exhibition that can be visited at any time during the conference. There is both an exhibition at the conference venue and at the Borneo Cultural Festival (with a selection of the work).

The Situated Actions will also be presented as live interactive sessions during the conference. During those Interactive Sessions the authors will present the work in more depth and offer an opportunity to experience the work.
